Purchase of Goods

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as practicable, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held legally responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when you are accessing or ordering from the Website.

Guarantees are specified within product PDF downloads from the manufacters of the products and the guarantee period will comply with manufacturers. We are not resposible to honour the guarentee but we will try and assist you in a claim against any of our manufacturers and or suppliers of renewable products.

Returns Policy

Sorry as all our products are drop shipping from our suppliers directly to you the client we do not offer a returns policy.

Contract Creation And Electronic Contracting

The technical steps required to create the contract between You and Us are as follows:

1) You place the order for your products on the Website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website.

2) We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from urban-energy.co.uk.

3) Your order confirmation will be emailed to you as your product is shipped from our warehouse which will also be your order despatch confirmation. This will change if you are collection the order directly from our warehouse.

4) Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we have a Non-acceptance due to:

1) The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.

2) Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.

3) The identification of a pricing or product description error.

4) You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.

5) You have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in change or cancel an order

Force Majeure

Urban Energy shall not be liable for any failure to perform hereunder where such failure is proximately caused by a Force Majeure Occurrence. A "Force Majeure Occurrence" shall mean an occurrence beyond the control and without the fault or negligence of the party affected and which by exercise or reasonable diligence the said party is unable to prevent or provide against.
